In the second part of this series we explored the question "Are they listening and came to the conclusion that they are not listening.
We have concluded that the Constitution dictates the powers of the Federal Government and that those powers have been overstepped. We have also concluded the Constitution tells the Federal Government that WE THE PEOPLE can protest and petition Congress for redress of our grievances....and we have. But what do we do if they refuse to listen? What power, short of revolution, do we have to stop them?
Once again the Constitution comes through for us. In it we find that we have the power to replace those who fail to meet our standards by voting them out of office. And that is exactly what we did in 2008...we elected Barack Obama to be our president based on his promise to bring hope that everything was going to be alright and his promise to change the way the government ran. We decided to put the Democrat Party into power because the Republicans had beat us into the ground for eight years and we wanted it to stop. So far it is not looking too good. Not only did it not stop, the democrats got an even bigger hammer and pounded us even harder.
So now what can we do? In November we will try the Republicans again...we will give them another chance to prove that our government will do right by the American People. They need to prove that they are listening. We don't want unsecured borders...we don't want Bail-Outs and Stimulus programs for big business and banks while we lose our homes and jobs...we don't want our privacy violated or our rights taken away in the name of National Security anymore...we don't want them to take control of, and regulate, the internet...we don't want any more war...all we want you to do is secure the borders, defend our country, make sure our money is secure, and make sure we are seen, by the rest of the world, as the peaceful hardworking nation we are... Instead of the hateful warmongers you make us out to be. All you have to do is be in it for the People (ALL of the people, not just SOME of the people) instead of Big Business, Banks and the U.N.
If the Republicans succeed, they can save us all from another bloody American Revolution. If they fail, the People's options become really limited...really fast. When we compare what we have for Government Now to the Government of England in 1776 and can't see a reasonable difference...we have reached the point that it will be time to throw off the chains of a tyrannical government and replace it with one of our own. And just knowing THAT should bring the Pucker Factor to Full Squeeze for the entire nation. If they fail, I fear we will run out of time, patience, and options. At that point we will just be waiting for the first shot to be fired. And that scares me.

Government for a Free American Society
I found this pod cast at The CATO Institute's website and thought it would be good for us to all look at what the founding fathers really had in mind when they set up our system of government. The idea that everyone is entitled to the same thing whether they work for it or not is NOT part of our American Heritage...our country is based on the idea that everyone should have an Equal Opportunity to Succeed and not the Left Wing/Liberal/Progressive/Socialist Idea that everyone is entitled to a living wage from the government even if they don't work for it.
For more on the CATO Institute, and what our government should be doing, check out their 2009 Handbook for Policy Makers. These guys rock...they have a true understanding of The Constitution and the men who founded our country.

The Roots of Neo-Conservatism
The fundamental theory that the Neo-Conservative movement is built around, the Theory of Permanent War
, was developed by noted Russian Marxist Leon Trotsky to define and explain the strategy of the Russian Revolution. According to Trotsky's theory once the revolution was complete the revolutionary movement would continue by promoting the revolution of the movement into other nations and this would start a never ending world revolution. This two stage revolution was further developed by the Menshevics and became the strategy of the Russian Revolution under Lenin. Organize the lower classes into a revolution and once the revolution was complete in the home country, continue the revolution throughout the world. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Our founding fathers put measures into The U.S. Constitution that would have prevented this kind of movement from occurring in the United States...If we had listened to their advise and followed the supreme law of the land. The Constitution requires "The Congress" to declare war but the War Powers Resolution of 1973 gave the President the Authority to engage in war without the consent of congress for a limited time. With this kind of power it is possible for one political party to keep the United States engaged in perpetual war without the approval of congress. Sound familiar?

Our Rights Under Attack By CFR and The New World Order
According to the United States Constitution the people of the United States are a sovereign people, the States we live in are sovereign States, and the Republic we belong to (The United States) is a sovereign nation. But there are people in this country who seek to tear down our Constitution and give our National sovereignty (and by default our State and Individual sovereignty) away to the United Nations.
In an Op Ed report by Richard N. Haass, President of The Counsel on Foreign Relations
(CFR), titled Sovereignty and Globalization Mr. Haass suggests that "Moreover, states must be prepared to cede some sovereignty to world bodies if the international system is to function...even if a particular decision requires that they alter a practice that is their sovereign right to carry out.." His examples of areas where we should be willing to do this, or have already done this include: Climate (Kyoto Protocol), Weapons, Human Rights, and International Trade (NATO). He sums it all up by saying, "Our notion of sovereignty must therefore be conditional, even contractual, rather than absolute." This report was published in February of 2007.
"The goal should be to redefine sovereignty for the era of globalization, to find a balance between a world of fully sovereign states and an international system of either world government or anarchy." This is a flat out attack on our Nation's sovereignty and would ultimately put our country under the control of a World Government (The U.N., NATO, IMF, and World Bank) that has already decided that strong countries like the United States should be required to fund and support less productive countries around the world. This would effectively create a world welfare state paid for by the citizens of wealthy nations by taxing the gross domestic product of our countries. In other words, we would be required to pay additional "WORLD TAXES" to The IMF in order to develop poor nations.
Other notable initiatives of the World Government include: Banning all small arms possessed by the citizens of The United States... Limits on the use of fossil fuels that drive our economy... Control of our trade regulations...etc. I'm not usually swayed by the NWO conspiracy theorists...I think the extrapolate events to the worst case scenario...but this is a real threat and the worst thing is the fact that our own government is paying attention to the CFR, G-20 and the U.N. and it is NOT listening to us. So, before you vote, check out your candidates position on globalization, the CFR, and the U.N. and the New World Order. Make no mistake about it...private groups The CFR, and The Trilateral Commission
do exist and they do not respect the sovereignty, traditions and founding principles of our country. Our rights, as guaranteed by The Constitution of the United States, are of little importance to them.
